The roots of our project lie in an abandoned plot of land, forgotten by time. The strip of land where our olive trees stand, many of them over 700 years old, was waiting to be reawakened.
With care and dedication, we have succeeded in reviving these lands between Syracuse and Noto. Cradled by the scents of Sicily, a land of ancient culture and history, our olive trees produce an oil with an intense, ancient flavor, fruit of the sun, wind, and water of these lands.
The desire to share this passion with other nature lovers led me to build small houses nestled in 4 hectares of land. Here, in total relaxation, our guests experience a close connection with nature, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in eastern Sicily.
At the same time, we started producing olive oil on our land. Our work has given us a single-variety, organic extra virgin olive oil, which has also earned the PGI Sicilia certification.
