Noupe states that conversations are recorded and that, by chatting, users accept Jotform's AI Terms. Enabling the chatbot in cookie preferences only authorises its loading; the AI Terms apply when you choose to use the chat.

Where the GDPR applies, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
